AMBOTM comes from the Latin word for “two” — an idea at the heart of the brand. From the beginning, it was created to speak to two worlds: those discovering wine, and those who already know it well.

Approachable and easy to drink, yet defined by quality and character, AMBOTM shows that Italian wine can be both refined and accessible.

AMBOTM is a family story

Founded by Alessandro Berselli, the brand took shape through his vision and entrepreneurial instinct. In the 1990s, as tastes shifted towards fresher, smoother wines, he recognised a change others were slow to embrace.

He chose a different direction: creating Italian wines with international grape varieties, designed for evolving tastes while maintaining a clear Italian identity.

With the leadership and dedication of his wife Silvia, AMBOTM grew into an international brand.

Over the past two decades, it has expanded globally while staying true to its original vision: sharing a modern expression of Made in Italy.

Inspired by the Italian aperitivo and the spirit of la dolce vita, the AMBOTM Ready-to-Drink range captures Italian style in a more contemporary format. True to the origins of a classic spritz, each drink is crafted with a wine base, bringing natural depth, aroma and balance to every sip.

Rather than relying on simpler sparkling bases, this approach creates a more refined flavour profile, and a drink experience that feels authentic, expressive and unmistakably Italian.
